COURSE NAME: Family Dog - Beginners

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcoming all friendly dogs, with current vaccinations. If you are unsure if your dog is friendly, please contact our office prior to registration. This very popular course covers the basics. We use "marker based" training using "Yes" paired with reward.

It will form the base of all your dogs education.

We will cover walking on leash (heel) - sit - stay - down - come - sit/stay - down/stay - attention - leave it - jumping up - distraction work.

Lesson E notes and certificate of course completion are given. There is no pre-requisite required for this course.

*If your dog is a toy/tiny breed or between the ages of 12 and 16 weeks perhaps our Puppy Preschool class would be more suitable? Questions? Please send us an email. If you are looking for more info on housetraining and puppy problem avoidance, check out our Puppy Points Seminar, or enquire about our in-home Puppy Manners Appointments (for more info and pricing, click onto Personal Attention page.
